Quantified Self in Pregnancy: London Tableau User Group recording and Tableau Public viz

I was kindly invited to speak at the London Tableau User Group in May as part of a Tableau Zen Master special. The topic of my talk: quantified self in pregnancy.

I've been collecting data about myself for about 4 years now. That includes health and fitness data from various wearable devices, as well as location and travel data. I was interested to see how being pregnant changed my stats and also I had some specific questions I wanted to answer with my data.

This post is the first in a series about collecting and analysing health data in pregnancy and beyond. You can watch my talk in the video below. I'm on first, so you don't have to watch the whole video (just the first 20 minutes).

I've also published my Tableau workbook to Tableau Public so you can see my analysis and do some exploration:

I'll add some more blog posts soon which detail how I collected my data for this project.

Lastly, thanks very much to the organisers of the London Tableau User Group for doing such a great job. Hopefully you'll have me back in the future to give you an update!
